Returns and Exchanges

General Policy

We will offer to refund you or to exchange your purchase for another title (we will give you both options) in the following situations:

(1)   Your package gets lost in the mailing process and we are not able to find you a replacement;

(2)  We sent you a damaged resources and/or a resources with defects and we are unable to find you a replacement; or

(3)   The title ceases publication and/or we stop receiving supply of the title from the publisher.

All other requests for refunds/exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to leave us a message under the "Returns and Exchanges" field on our Customer Service Form.

Simply leave us message under the "Returns and Exchanges" field on our Customer Service Form, or contact us at enquiry@psmresource.com. Our customer service staff will be on hand to assist you.
